Shipping policy
Made to order
Every Animadverti piece is made to order. We don't hold racks of stock — each item is produced once you've placed it, which keeps our runs limited and our waste low. It also means your order needs a short production window before it ships. The timings below set out what to expect.
Order processing and production
Orders are produced within 4-6 working days of being placed. During new drops, sale periods or bank holidays, production may take a little longer, and we'll flag this on the website or by email if so. You'll receive a confirmation email when you order, and a second email with tracking once your item has been dispatched.
Delivery times
Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:
- United Kingdom: 3-4 working days
- Rest of the world: May be longer
These are estimates from the point of dispatch and are additional to the production time above. As a guide, your total time from order to doorstep is production time plus delivery time — for example, a UK order is typically 7-10 working days end to end. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and can be affected by courier delays outside our control.

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.

Tracking your order
When your order is dispatched, we'll email you a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.
Delays
Occasionally, production or courier delays occur — high demand, stock issues at our production partner, weather, or carrier disruption. We'll always let you know if your order is significantly delayed. If you're concerned about a delay, contact us with your order number and we'll chase it up.
Missing or lost parcels
If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received your parcel, please first check with neighbours and any safe place your courier may have used, then contact us within 14 days of the delivered date. If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we'll arrange a replacement or refund. We're unable to take responsibility for parcels marked as delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout (see below).
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order. As items are made to order and dispatched quickly, we can't guarantee we'll be able to amend an address after purchase. If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery, which may incur a further postage charge.
